For
each swimmer to get the fullest benefit of daily practices it is
important to minimize outside distractions. Swimmers should arrive at
least 5 minutes early so they don't distract others when they show up
mid-practice. Also, swimmers can be distracted by their parent's
presence, so parents should refrain from sitting on the pool deck
during practice. (And you can feel free to run an errand while your child is swimming!)
The practice schedule May 31 through June 16 is:
13 & over - 4:00-5:00 pm
9-12 - 5:00-5:45 pm
8 and Under, no pre-team: 5:45-6:30 pm

Limited Summer Afternoon Schedule, June 17-on:
Afternoon practice will be on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 4:00 - 4:45 for 10 and unders, and 4:45 - 5:30 for 11 and overs. This practice is for those who cannot make mornings due to other commitments such as camp, work, etc. Note: sleeping in is not considered a commitment : )
Last Day of Practice for Swimmers NOT Swimming Divisionals: Wednesday, July 20
Last Afternoon Practice: July 19
All-Star week practices are as follows:
9 and Overs that qualified for All-Stars or All-Star Relays - 8:45-10:00 am;
8 and Unders 10:00-11:00 am
