May 23: Meet the Coaches!

Before the season begins, you’ll want to join us for the “Meet the Coaches” event on Saturday, May 23rd at 10 am! Mark your calendars!

May 26 - June 18: After School Practice Schedule

Age Group Practice Times

13 years old & over 4:30-5:30 p.m.

9-12 years old - 5:30-6:15 p.m.

8 years old & under 6:15-7 p.m.

Pre-Team start date is June 22

June 19* through July 17: Summer Schedule

Morning Practice Schedule - Morning practices take place before the pool opens to the Membership. Please attend morning practices unless you have a conflict. There is much more time and space in the morning as well as fewer distractions than afternoon practices. This is especially true for Pre-team. Please do not attend both morning and afternoon practices on the same day.

Morning Age Group Practice Schedule: Monday-Friday

13 years old & over 8:00-9:15 a.m.

9-12 year olds 9:15-10:15 a.m.

8 years old & unders 10:15-11:00 a.m.

Pre-Team starts June 22: 10:15-11:00 a.m.

“Post Camp” Afternoon Practice Schedule - Please only attend afternoon practices if you have a conflict with the morning practices (listed above). These practices are for those who cannot make mornings due to other commitments such as camp or work. Sleeping in is not considered a commitment. Please do not attend both morning and afternoon practices on the same day.

Afternoon Age Group Practice Schedule: Monday & Tuesday

9 years old & over: 5-5:45 p.m.

8 years old & younger: 5:45-6:30 p.m.

Pre-Team starts June 22: 6:30-7:00 p.m.

No Afternoon Practices on Wednesdays Due to B Meets

Afternoon Age Group Practice Schedule: Thursday & Friday

9 years old & over: 4-4:45 p.m.

8 & under: 4:45-5:30 p.m.

Pre-Team starts June 22: 5:30-6:00 p.m.

Last day of practice for pre-team and swimmers not in Divisionals or All-Stars is Wednesday, July 17.

What You Need Swimmers need to arrive in their bathing suits ready to be active. Please bring goggles, swim cap and towel.

*On June 19, team pictures will be taking place in the afternoon, so we anticipate no practice in the afternoon on June 19th. Happy Juneteenth!
